DONT COME HERE!!! broke my oil filter housing cap as a result of negligence or malice (most likely the laddder). It’s typical for oil change places to suck, but I’ve never had a tech have absolutely zero regard for my property. STOP OVER-TIGHTENING OUR PROPERTY because you’re sad you can’t even be a real mechanic.

Not only we got an amazing service there, we also got some “entertainment”… my 3 year old daughter was in the back seat and the workers were playing with her, distracting her while they were working, which helped a lot (since she usually gets bored and cries while I am getting an oil change). Extremely nice and competent people at the Pace and 17th location of Valvoline.
