The technician suggested that I come at 500 pm or 6 as they were not as busy thenamazing to me the technician recognized me and said he was glad I came back .when I came back at 5:15. got in got out no problem. So I was satisfied withe the service. that was for sure.

This is my second visit to this location and to VIOC in general. The staff are very thorough and explain everything that is going on. They interact with all of the guests in a very professional manner (I watched them interact with 3 other customers while I was there). Even though it was the end of their day and I could tell they were tired, they were still great. I will continue to use this VIOC location for the work they can perform on my vehicle and I hope that if I have to use another location that they will be just as wonderful. Please give them kudos for their hard work and dedication to be awesome to their customers!
