I've visited this location many times and have always gotten good service. However, I wanted to take the time to celebrate your manager, Eric, at the Montrose location due to the service I received today. He was exceptional. I don't know this person at all, but I observed exceptional knowledge, leadership and customer service from him. I returned to the location about 2 min after I left, because I needed some further help. Eric was IMMEDIATE to see if anything was wrong and how to help. You could tell patient satisfaction is on his mind. He was knowledgable about the situation and remedied it very quickly. He lead his team very well to help me with my issue. I observed him answering multiple questions from his team about my vehicle quickly, kindly and with knowledge.On my visit, I also observed him taking lead with a Hispanic customer who needed a translator. I'd love to recommend that he get a raise for the translation service he is providing for your Spanish speaking patrons. I love Montrose and our Spanish speaking community. What a treasure he is for you to take care of that demographic of people.Top notch. Eric deserves a raise. Will be back.

It's not your team members, it's corporate or whomever sends out discount coupons. I had a 20% off my total services that expired 2 days before I could get my vehicle in. I live 37 miles away and only get to Montrose once a week usually. They said they couldn't overide the computer scan and said the coupon was no longer valid. Two days after my service, I get another 20% discount coupon which will obviously expire before my next oil change. Very frustrating and the main reason I'm very dissatisfied. I had to ask for a veterans discount which I needed proof. Luckily CO puts this on our drivers licenses.
