Valvoline Instant Oil Change

All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! So glad I found them for my car needs, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Service is always very fast and I never have any issues! I never feel like I'm being pressured to add anything, and I greatly appreciate the service recommendation sheet! 10/10 every time!

Came there for an oil change on Veterans Day. I am a military veteran. A few other places had free oil changes for Veterans Day, but Valvoline only offered a 10% discount for the holiday. Not much there. There was another service I had to have done that also was more costly than expected even thoughit was necessary. That was transmission service. What made things horrible overall is what happened starting the next day. The service crew undid the under carriage plate to do their work, and it turns out, did NOT reattach it properly. This became known 2 days later, today, when first it apparently had come loose during driving, which was not noticeable at the time or throughsimple inspection looking under the car. All myself and my wife could tell was that there was noise when driving from under the car that wasn't there before. Turns out it, the plate, was banging on the driving surface, the ground when I drove and ended up bending so badly it had to be removed. I only found this out when I took my car to my tire and repair shop for a rotation and to see what was causing the noise. They reported the issue. I was told I had to remove the plate , otherwise it would have required a costly replacement and money out of my own pocket. Having had a similar incident like this a few years back, I knew the replacement would have cost anywhere from $250 to $400. It shouldn't have come loose, if only the technician had reattached it properly. The loss of the plate due to the irreparable damage never should have occurred. Now the vehicle is missing this protection plate. I am NOT happy. I am owed for this loss. The visit at the time costed me over $263 for the oil change, and for the transmission service, but a greater loss happened from the damage. I should be fully compensated.
