I have been getting my oil changed at your shops for the last two years. At the recommendation of the first shop, I have always requested that the oil be vacuumed from the pan through the check tube. I stopped at your shop on Cottonwood in Parker, CO today, and as always was very specific that I wanted the oil vacuumed.
The techs ignored my request and used the plug. I now have an oil leak, with oil on my drive almost the size of a dollar bill. And that is just in the last 5 hours. I am getting ready for a road trip, and this is the last thing I need.
I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am with this shop and cannot give it high marks as I have been able to do in the past. Please instruct your staff that when a customer specifically requests a vacuum, that they give a vacuum.
