Service is usually great when they have my oil in stock, 0W-40. I occasionally bring in my own oil and filter from Amsoil. This recent trip, they did input my mileage wrong and didnt realize until after I got home

1.0 out of 5.0

Went to get my oil changed, pulled into a parking stall to handle some quick business Before joining the line. Before I put the truck in park a slender dark haired fella practically sprinted to my truck and I was greeted with “ this parking lot is for customers only” this dude was so worked up right away he was shaking before I could say anything. Well I quickly became “not a customer” after that hostile introduction and took our fleet to the Southside location, those guys were great. If it were not for a national agreement I would have left entirely.

Down to earth type of guys that talked over anything related to the health of my car. Very friendly service that makes you want to come back. They even chuckled along with me about my broken dipstick XD. 10/10 will only come here.
