There is always a coupon and they know this. Service was fine but you can’t make out what they are saying or asking you. They can’t understand what you are saying. The environment is too loud to ask questions from the computer or hear the answers. I had a $20 coupon and I was not able to use because they did not hear me. Instead of cancelling the transaction and starting over. I paid $20 more for service that is overpriced to begin with. Giving me a card for next time does not settle the wrong done for this time.
Hopefully, they will stop trying to work by the computer that is too far from the window. Go to the customers window and make sure you both hear each other. It’s not fair to the customers when you choose not to take the coupon when you did not hear the customer.
I do not plan on coming back I overpaid this time on taking $20 off next time does not correct the wrong done.

They were very friendly and fast always ask if you would like to do other things upgrade transmission flush or check tire pressure. They're always very friendly and helpful.

Will never go to this location again!!! Way too much horsing around and confusion to take working on your vehicle seriously! What ever you do don’t ask them a question!
