Well to begin with....after the service was complete, they suggested to me to take my car to the KIA dealership next time to have the oil changed because they don't have the proper tools to install the oil filter.....yet he insured me it was on properly...'that was reassuring' 😳 My car is 3 years old and you don't have the right tools?
Now to the services: First they wouldn't let us out of the vehicle....WHAT? "Our insurance won't allow it"
Then he said they did an 18 point maintenance check....let me tell you what they didn't do of that 18 point check:
*Didn't check my cabin air filter as requested because we couldn't get out.
*Didn't check the headlights
*Didn't check taillights
*Didn't reset oil change light
*Didn't check tire pressure
*Didn't fill washer fluid
All of which the invoice said was done. Come on VALVOLINE you can do better then this....even in Pueblo

HIGHLY recommend. Very FAST. Very FRIENDLY. Very KNOWLEDGEABLE. Services were done perfectly with no complaints on my end and I will definitely recommend anyone I know to this location on northern ave. Only coming here from here on out
