Disappointed with our experience at this Valvoline .
This is the second time we've taken a truck there, and unfortunately, it's the second time we've had issues with the service. Today, after having the fuel filter changed, the truck broke down and now won't even start.
We've always been happy with the service we've received on our regular cars, so this was especially frustrating. We understand that mistakes can happen, but if a vehicle or repair is outside of your team's expertise, we'd rather be told upfront than end up stranded.
We're hoping this can be resolved, but we wanted to share our experience so others with diesel trucks can make an informed decision.
