Horrible. Paid a premium to get my oil changed, they try to push other things on you, which I declined of course. However they change your tire pressure without asking, and they let so much air out of my tires that 3 of them were at 24psi two days later. This is dangerous and now I’m having to go out of my way on a long drive and spend money to fill my tires up that are dangerously low.
I called Valvoline about this and they tried to tell me there’s nothing they can do besides refill them if I come back. This is absurd. Avoid this location at all,costs.
