WOW. Just WOW. The Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Westminster absolutely crushed it! From the moment I pulled in, the experience was next‑level fast, incredibly smooth, and honestly impressive. Kevin, the manager, and the entire team were welcoming, professional, and clearly know their stuff. They explained everything as they went, made sure I understood my options, and never wasted a second.
This place redefines FAST! It honestly felt like being at the Indy 500 in the pit lane. You’re the driver, and Kevin and the team are your pit crew, moving with precision and speed, changing fluids, checking everything, and getting you back on the road before you can even process how quickly it all happened. They were also incredibly thorough—the only thing they found missing on my truck was a single nut from my air filter holder left behind by the last place I took it (not throwing anyone under the bus, but that was Midas).
Valvoline was a great recommendation from my stepdad, and after this experience, I’m a forever customer. I’ll be back next week to finish up my transmission fluid change and take care of a few small things to make sure my truck is purring pretty. Huge shoutout to Kevin and his highly skilled Auto Mechanic Specialists working alongside him.

I told manager that they had the wrong engine size and trim package in there system...she tried to change it but said " it won't let me change it". I went ahead with oil change but am disappointed. (She was the manager).
