Higher older folks who want to work not kids who are there to do half hearted job. All I got was oil change. Nothing else was performed, the coolant, wiper fluid, brake fluid remain untouched. Engine filter, cabin filter, wipers untouched. Resetting the engine light not done. I think I can get a better service at brake plus and they charge $15 less than Valvoline for the same full synthetic Valvoline oil. I loose time though! Also, last time I was shown old dirty oil being pumped into a container but nothing this time. I would like to see if it’s not a hassle. Very inconsistent quality of service. Tried two different Valvolines and same issue. Are the employees under paid, or are they pressurized to get job done in alloyed time frame? Either or both are bad for the company
