I arrived with a Groupon that was for non-synthetic and was told that my car only takes synthetic oil but I don't believe that that's true. Needless to say, they told me they could give me $20 off as a sign of Goodwill. I appreciated that but after I paid and left I realized that they only gave me a $15 discount. Also, my coolant was low but the Valvoline location I went to for some reason doesn't carry the type of coolant I need and I was told to go to a location in a different city to get that coolant. Edit: so was told if I left a review I would receive a 20% coupon for my next visit which also did not happen 😂
