One of the worst experiences in my 61 yo life. I brought a leased 2024 mercedes for oil change. As soon as I drove out of the bay the oil pressure light came on telling me not to run the car. I went right back in and the “techs” and the manager had zero idea what to do, watching YouTube videoes!! The staff telling me the car was shitting off due to hybrid system which was totally false. The very rude manager told me not their problem and move my car even though the warning light said don’t operate. I asked him to guarantee if I stated the car and it was managed it would be covered but he refused. He then called the police in he and I had to have the car flat bedded to the dealer. The manager tired to threaten me. He has zero idea what he is doing, rude, and should be fired. damaged my car, zero clue what doing. Rude threatening staff, DONT TRUST YOUR THERE, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT DOING
