The technician treated me like a personal acquaintance which is a lost art in most fields nowadays. I was easily able to utilize my Groupon to receive the service I needed and also got recommended an additional service which I did not know I needed. One of the things people say is that places try to upsell you things when you don't need them. My engine filter compartment had a bunch of stuff in it that looked like a mouse was building a nest. My tech showed it to the manager as I watched the whole interaction. The manager says from across the garage" show it to her, make the sale". That turned me off and I said don't worry about it my husband will take care of it. The nice tech said I can clean it out for you and the manager said "she doesn't want a new filter. Just leave it alone...very rude manager!
