The Price was astronomical, I had been going to this site for Years, and had a card from the previous owners for a $59 Full Synthetic oil change & when I pulled into the Bay that Valvoline took over, I was told that the price would be well over $100, but I could get a Coupon on Valvoline.com. The discount was for $8.00, the lowest discount ever imagined in the history of man. I really needed this oil change as it was long overdue, and the colder months were coming up. However, I wouldn't EVER go back to Valvoline, even if someone was holding a gun to my head. I sat there forever whilst some incompetent individual was trying to remove & replace my Oil Filter, AND Drain Plug; WTF??????" NEVER in my 35 Years of Automotive Repairs, was a replacement of the drain plug common place. NEVER, EVER, will I visit a Valvoline Rip Off Oil Change Station, an I shall tell every human being that I Know to AVOID Valvoline at ALL Costs. You are simply Pirates of the Automotive Service Industry !!!!

I was recommended to this Valvoline by my mechanic. He now works at a new establishment and sent me to a more reasonable place to get an oil change my van seriously needed. Truthfully, when I asked the cost, and saw the different prices, I was dumbfounded because my mechanic would only charge $20. I called him while the young, handsome, and respectful men were taking care of business, and I said, his name is Mr German, I said, Mr. German, you have been spoiling me and my family all these years. He calls me Teacher because I work in the school, but as a Para, he said, that’s the best price, I said, compared to what. He said, where I work is $100. My jaw dropped, after picking my jaw up off the ground (see what I did there😂). I told him that I love ❤️ and appreciate him, and thank him for the recommendation. I returned inside, and the gentlemen were finished. They were so polite, I asked the one, not sure who is manager, but on my work sheet, manager, Dennis. I was happy at how fast they worked, the togetherness, the smiles, their politeness, that I tipped them both $20 each because they were AWESOME 👏🤩🙌
