I had a great experience at Valvoline today getting my oil changed. Lucas helped me out a lot. He was very fast and efficient, and he made the whole visit easy. I'd happily come back and recommend them to friends.

Went to get my oil change in my Audi q7, they didn’t know how to do it! Instead they pull it apart, waited 45min to remove 1 quart oil! Left and will never be back, have 5 cars and trucks! Service guy told me shouldn’t purchased a German car!
