Today I visited the Valvoline location at 225 White Street in Danbury, CT, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Julian and Bryan. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive. After a long and exhausting day at work, their kindness and positive attitude truly made a difference. Julian took care of the first part of my service, and Bryan completed the second, and both were efficient, knowledgeable, and made me feel valued as a customer. I haven't always had such positive experiences at this location or at other Valvoline locations, which made today's visit especially memorable. To the manager and leadership team: if every customer received the same level of care, professionalism, and respect that Julian and Bryan consistently demonstrated today, this location would easily deserve a 5-star rating. Thank you, Julian and Bryan, for turning a routine oil change into such a pleasant experience. Your hard work, professionalism, and genuine customer service are truly appreciated.
