The wait was short, but even when the line is long, the staff does a great job of moving customers along without sacrificing service! They are knowledgeable and explain the process well. They also offer other services in a non-pressured way. They always answer any questions I have.

Avoid Valvoline at all cost. I usually know better, but I was in desperate need of an oil change and this location was right by my job. Valvoline is supposed to be known for extremely fast oil changes. I waited in the bay for at least 15-20 minutes before they even started working on my car and there had to be at least 8 to 10 people staffed that I saw walking around the bay. When they finally got around to change my oil, they of course went through the the whole sales pitch saying what the car needs. Air filters, cabin filters, windshield wipers, etc. (I understand that corporate makes them up sell these things.) but what I really don't appreciate is being charged for parts that I didn't consent to, or was told that they needed to replace/broke. They just took it on themselves to replace said part without notifying me.When I asked them about the other charges the guy just said "this is part of the oil change."(It is not btw). Not only is it completely unprofessional and a untrustworthy but technically also illegal. And before the automated corporate responds to this review. These idiots from corporate already called me just apologizing and giving the same spiel that they'll talk to the management at the location. The part that apparently was replaced on my car was wasn't a whole lot. BUT, that's not the point. if they are charging me $ without telling me I can only imagine what they're charging elderly people or peolple that don't know any better. All valvolines are a scams. Go to a regular mechanic if you can't do it yourself. It costs about the same and for the most part they won't try to rip you off like Valens trys to with every single customer that pulls into the bays.
