Robbie and the entire morning crew were nothing short of amazing. When it became apparent that there was something seriously wrong with my car, the entire team stepped in. The manager even tried getting me a replacement belt so I did not need a tow. When it became apparent they could not help me, and I would need a tow, they were gracious and ensured I was ok.

- Staff should have told the driver to place the keys on the dashboard for safety reasons during the service .- Staff should communicate with the driver all of the results of the inspections that they do to show that they actually did the inspections instead of having to be asked to see the results..- Staff should remind or assist the driver in resetting the oil life percentage setting.- Staff should stay with the vehicle that they are working on instead of wandering off requiring another staff member to take over.- Staff working on your vehicle should be more friendly when dealing with the customer. The manager and ambassador were the only friendly ones during the visit.
