I’ve been to this location previously in January, so I’m familiar with the experience there. This time, however, I came in with my significant other and was disappointed by how we were spoken to. The employees repeatedly explained things to me in an unnecessarily condescending manner, rather than simply informing me of what was recommended or asking if I had questions. I’m perfectly capable of understanding vehicle maintenance recommendations, so the tone was particularly frustrating. Additionally, I was told that I should return in 3,000 miles, despite that not being consistent with Subaru’s recommended maintenance schedule for the vehicle. I have no issue with being informed about recommended services, but I do expect the information provided to be accurate and the communication to be respectful.
