I have been a regular customer of this Valvoline store for oil changes for several years, but today I was extremely disappointed with the way they tricked me into getting 2 additional services (a radiator fluid change, which I reluctantly agreed, and an engine fluid change which when I agreed, I thought the service clerk was still talking about the radiator). Bottom line, their strategy is very effective, the service clerk talks to you like crazy about the proposed services very quickly, while the service people keep asking you to do many things all the time so you get overwhelmed, and fall for these tricks. Bottom line, whenever you go there, have a clear idea about what you want, and never agree to anything else, at least in the same visit. It is always a good idea to say “not today” and later calmly think about what the heck they are proposing.

Recently went for an oil change here for the first time and just came back for a 2nd time. I'll be a repeat customer now. Angel and his team are incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and best of all the customer service is excellent. Herbert did my oil change and taught me how to check the oil on my own.
As a woman, I find most auto maintenance facilities have a lot of male staff who are condescending, but not here. The pricing is fair and they won't try to upsell you on 3 or 4 other things. They'll give you straight informative answers of what's going on with your car and if it's actually urgent or not. All the staff have been friendly and professional!
