I went on April 16, 2024 around 6:40, and I wondered if I’d make it in time to get an oil change. The staff was Ruben, Chris, & Benjamin, and they immediately acknowledged me & guided me to drive the car forward. Ruben was the person who I communicated the most with, and he was super friendly, personable, charismatic, and helpful. There are two problems with the car, and he explained it in a way that’s easy to understand. I stated I only wanted an oil change, and he honored that, although I appreciate the information he provided about my car. This was an awesome first time at valvoline! Thank you so much to the staff.

The manager introduced himself and made me laugh calling himself "from the Bronx" and was easy to communicate with, explained everything, informed me why they were unable to complete a tire rotation (lift too high on the vehicle) and guided me in the direction where to go for a tire rotation as I am not from the area. He explained the pricing and what to expect for the next milage/service and made the entire first experience a great one. I will definitely recommend this specific station and be returning for future service.
