I drove up and then they ushered me in - and then i sat for 12 minutes while they were handling the other 2 bays, not one person approached my car. there was confusion at the other bay next tome, nobody even mentioned to me that they'd get to me - and I asked them to open the door so I could leave. in the past I have driven up and sat outside while they said 'just a few minutes' when you know full well that if there are 2 cars in front of you it will be at least a half hour! say so and let the customer decide if that's too long to wait.
