We've appreciated the staff's professionalism over the past couple of years. Always courteous and helpful.
We're not car people, so we tend to assume that what we're told the car needs is accurate and honest, but with no real sense that we know the difference.
This past week, I took one of our cars in because it looked like one of the headlights was out. I told them to go ahead and replace both. They checked the light and found nothing wrong. Put everything back together and sent me off without a charge.

the worst experience. twice they put a mechanical washer (metal) as a replacement gasket for the oil pan plug. the second time I asked them not to do that and they did it anyway. I was dripping oil twice. I ended up replacing the washer with the correct gasket. this could have been catastrophic. Like blow a motor. For the price I paid to get an oil change you would think they would have gotten it right the second time after I told them not to. I'll stick with doing my own oil change. At least I care.
