From start to finish, the 2 people on my car explained everything in detail. Told me what and why they they recommended rear windshield wiper, which i was aware of before hand, and air filter. The two gentlemen that did the oil change were very polite, professional, and pleasant. Had a great experience and the time taken was on point. I already recommended valvoline to most of my friends that have seen, and i will definitely continue until all my friends are aware of the pleasure it was and no real wait time. After waiting for 2 cars ahead of me, I was told they don't have 10W-30 oil, which my car requires. Was told I could purchase my own oil and they would install. So I did that and came right back. Then 2 guys couldn't get my hood open...and it's very simple and easy. I got out and showed them how. When done I was given an invoice for $58.99+tax. That didn't include any oil, filter, or other fluids. I presented a valid Valvoline coupon for $15. off any invoice over $40. I was then told the coupon wouldn't apply if I provided my own oil. I exclaimed that was only because they didn't have the correct oil! I then asked to see the manager, who very rudely refused to honor the coupon. There was nothing stated on the coupon regarding having purchased my own oil. I paid for my most expensive oil change ever at over $90. including my separate purchase of oil and filter. I have been a regular customer, but now Valvoline has lost my business for my three cars.
