My family and I have been coming to the Naugatuck, CT location for years. If I am out of town or out of the state, I either get this location to complete my vehicle's needs prior, or I will wait to do so upon my return. CSR Gary, and Topside Stephen P. and Bottomside David were the staff members that did a wonderful job, and were extremely professional. Gary, is the CSR that I see each time that I return, and he always has a friendly attitude, smiles, and is very knowledgeable. Your Naugatuck locations' staff are all inviting. This is such a rear thing in their line of work. Whatever incentives, raises, or bonus that Valvoline provides for their employees they deserve it! My car is a pain to change the oil in. The filter is located in a spot that is very difficult to access. The staff at Valvoline took their time to make sure the filter was installed correctly. Even with the extra time it took to work with the filter, I still was in and out quicker than most other oil change places. Additionally, the staff was very friendly. Cyrus was very helpful during the whole process.
