The workers here are rude, inpatient, and do NOT listen. Before I could even tell them or show them my groupon that i had already paid for to get a synthetic oil change, they started filling my car up with FULL synthetic oil! I did NOT want that and they didn't listen... leaving me no choice but to pay the extra money for the full synthetic so they messed up BIG time & NOW my car has not being running right ever since Valvoline filled my car with the wrong oil. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I recieved here and would like compensation please.
