If I’ll be honest, this place really does suck. The workers here are so rude as well as their manager. I’ve had an issue in the past and had talked to their manager Kyle, who was so unprofessional. If you are to bring up an issue they will be quick to dismiss the issue with no solution. I’ve talked to Marin as well who had even a bigger attitude problem. He treated me with the upmost disrespect, embarrassing me to the point I have to write this. I don’t know who runs this place because it doesn’t seem like anyone does. They really let this place go it’s embarrassing how they have people like them running the store as they do.

I’ve been coming to vavoline since I got my first car. This place really ruined the great image that I’ve had from my experiences at other vavolines. The workers here like I think one was Steve, others like, Tom and even the manager Kyle, were very rude. I’m a very patient person and I don’t let things get to me so easily, but this place really got under my skin. Not only did the service take forever, but I’ve overheard workers talk poorly about customers, poorly about their manager, and have TERRIBLE attitude. I get it work isn’t fun, but at least TRY to be friendly and quick. Their place is dirty, small, unprofessional, and horribly managed. I’ve had other people tell me they had poor experiences here as well, and now I tell people the same thing. What a shame.
