I was being assisted by the associate manager (tall with short red hair and a red beard) who was extremely pressuring and made me feel TERRIBLE for not being able to afford the engine flush that my car apparently needed. It took over three times of telling this manager that I couldn’t afford the treatment for her to let off.

I've been bringing my company car to this location for several years. Usually nice, informative, but never anypressure to upsell services. This time, the person who started my service was very aggressive to promote services. He was pushing services to fix perceived problems that would have been concerning to me as I had had my last services done at that very location. He told me thee was no oil in my engine & I needed to pay to flush out my engine. But adjusting the alerts on my car, my oil life showed 60% upon arrival. And why would i need topay $160 to have my engine flushed when I get my oil changed, with your company every 5000 miles. Then he indicated issues with my battery - a battery I had bought last year from that location lass than 1 year ago. I called my husband to get some clarification and the service guy abrutly left & my oil change was completed by another & i was done 5 minutes later. I had to laugh, I've never had an oil change complete so fast. Overall, I felt I was being scammed. I went back to my office and spoke to several employees about this incident & they confirmed my suspicions.

They should have asked me for my name and contact information before changing the oil, because I received an invoice with a previous customer's name on it.
