Believe it or not, we lost the engine oil within 20 minutes, and my engine is dead. They broke the gasket when they changed the oil, and they claimed that this is due to a faulty filter. They told us that it sometimes happens (!), so you may take this risk or not.

Valvoline crew is amazing and very kind. They took care of my car they showed me the mistake that Pep Boys did on my oil change previously and advised me it was leaking and they fix the mistake that Pep boy did. Go to Valvoline they are amazing and pep boys sucks. David the manager at Valvoline at new Milford shop was amazing and so helpful and kind!
