During my last visit my oil gasket was over-torqued which cracked my drain plug and caused a leak from my car resulting in me having to get a second oil change within a week. Because I brought my car to my service shop (not knowing the problem was from the initial oil change) they found and fixed the issue but Valvoline refused to cover the cost of the second service despite adequate documentation being provided because I didn't bring it to them first. My oil change was refunded but none of the other costs incurred from this debacle. I also personally didn't appreciate being made to feel like I/my other shop was lying about their mistake that was made. While I have had several fine experiences at this valvoline, unfortunately I won't be bringing my car here anymore.

The guy never changed my oil filter and my oil light is still in my car my he changed my cabin air filter now my ac makes noise I only wanted a simple oil change and nothing else he didn't listen to the customer and that's not good.
