Used valvoline on whalley ave in newhaven last oil change , after some time my vehicle had hard starts brought to dealer to find out I have heavy sludge in engine. Valvoline never changed my oil filter and had Nissan filter still on engine dated when Nissan did the oil change . Engine needed heavy flush costing $1800 and might need new engine.
