When i arrived at 6:30 there were a few cars waiting to go in I did not think I was going to able to get service because I was after hours. The manager Richard came out to speak with me and told me not to worry he will get me in. Once in I told him just do the quickest thing to get me out, he stated not to worry he will get everything done for me. Him and his team were great I did not fill rushed and also made so recommendations that we took care of. Awesome staff.

I went to Valvoline many years ago with my Mazda CX3, but they were unable to remove the cap to change the oil. I thought only Mazda service could remove the cap for the oil change. After many years, and a number of dissatisfied visits with Mazda service (waiting two hours for an oil change), I decided to try Valvoline again. I am so glad I did. Price was comparable to Mazda Service. Yet, I was in and out of there in twenty minutes, with a great oil change. The service was outstanding. They were friendly, instructive and helpful. I will never go to Hamden Mazda again and will always visit Valvoline. Thank you for a great experience.
