I went on a Friday and they were doing line work out front. The staff treated me as soon as I pulled in and told me the line work was causing a small delay. They got me in about 15 minutes after I arrived and was out 15 minutes later. Very friendly and explained everything.

A team member tried to upsell me on a headlight and told me "That's what the light on your dash means." I was offended that he assumed I wouldn't know what the lights on my own car would mean because I'm a female. The same team member told me that I was using the wrong oil for my car, even though I made it clear that I'm aware what oil my car requires. He was focused on trying to sell me products and services I didn't need. I know that's what he's supposed to do but he should have taken the first "no" I gave him.

Staff had to remove protective mat underneath for oil change and didn’t put it back correctly creating damage to the protective mat. It had 3 screws to protect it and now it only had one causing it to dip on both sides and drag under the car.
