As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, a gentleman was at my car door explaining their full service practice. The wait was short, each team member was courteous and professional . They all worked together. Being below freezing temps outside, I decided I would try Valvoline . Not only did I purchase the full synthetic oil change, I also added air filter and wipers. The pricing was fair considering they did a full inspection of the car and topped everything off.

Got a 7 Quart Full Synthetic Oil Change on my RAM 1500 on 11/03. Service was quick, friendly, coupons were used with no hassle. Was skeptical about using a quick service like this. When I saw them pull my air filter I was expecting an attempt to upsell me for a new one but instead was told “This is the condition of your air filter, its still good, no need for a new one.”. To say I was shocked at the honesty is an understatement. Very impressed.
