I went in for an oil change, and that is what I received. They mentioned my air filter and my wipers. I have no problem with the suggestions. I did end up buying the wipers. The staff was happy and efficient

My experience was good. The only thing that I was a bit "sticker shocked" upon was the price. The invoice does not say how many quarts of oil were installed so I cannot verify if I was improperly charged for the amount of oil.

Today i went to the Valvoline store in Norwalk where I have been going for sometime. I have alway had great service there. Today I went in and the only thing that the service person did was change my oil and light check. No tire inflation, no fluid checks, windsheild wiper fluid was not added or checked, no coolant check. And i paid 113.98 for this service?? I think i might have to recheck where i go next time. I was the only car in there, I don't know if maybe they were short on help, but no excuse. I am very unhappy with this service.
