I went to this location because I wanted to get the transmission fluid changed and this location was indicated to perform that service. However, when there they attempted to see if they could perform the work and they determined they could not. The service staff member explained the situation indicating that a 2019 Hyunsai Elantra was difficult, and he did not want to risk damaging the transmission as they could not safely get the plug out. I did get a total synthetic oil change which was promptly performed. I Saw the efforts he made in his attempt to access the transmission plug and appreciated his honesty and concern not to cause damage. Honesty and integrity are the hallmarks of an excellent service business.
