had such an amazing experience at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change location on Connecticut Avenue. Alexis and Ayden were absolutely incredible — not only friendly and kind, but genuinely knowledgeable. This was honestly the first time I’ve ever left an oil change feeling like I actually learned something about my car. They took the time to explain things in a way that felt approachable, not overwhelming, which I really appreciated. Customer service like this is rare. They were patient, professional, and just overall really great people. You can tell they care about what they do and about the customers they’re helping. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location and recommending it to all my friends. Alexis and Ayden made what’s usually a routine errand into such a positive experience! (Hector as well! My car is running beautifully!!!)
