I did not appreciate at all being lied to and pressured for other services. The representative offered to flush out my radiator completely because he said the level was low. I don't think it is necessary to flush out the radiator completely when it can just be topped off. This is very unnecessary, especially if the vehicle is not overheating. If I am only going in for an oil change, then back off and stop forcing things down my throat and lying about needing a service. I am not an idiot and don't appreciate this type of service just because i'm a female. I am really going to think twice about going back because this is not the type of service I am interested in. I will never trust another offer from any employee as I see they are trained to lie to get folks to agree to services they never went in for to begin with. You can do much better Valvoline!!!!
