Everyone was very professional but also friendly. As a single woman, I wasn't patronized or intimidated in any way. I was shown how all the work done on my car from all sources is listed and how they could tell what needed to be done. Once I understood what was needed, there was no pressure for me to do it with them. It was fast and simple and made me feel safe and secure. I trusted the man I spoke with (who might have been a manager, I'm not sure).

In addition, he understands that finances can be a challenge. While he always presents the tasks that need to be completed, he allows me to choose those I can afford at the time, and does not push to up sell past what I can reasonably handle.
