The technician apparently opened my transmission pan, realized it was a mistake, closed it back up and wiped the bottom clean. Never mentioned once to me that there was a possibility that transmission fluid was released. And the next time I went to drive the car (approximately 3 hours later) there was a squeaking noise heard and jerking when accelerating. A visit to my mechanic the next morning told me that my transmission had been messed with, required a tow to a dealer to diagnose. The staff did not own up to a mistake which has cost me way more money than necessary for an oil change. The staff was also pushy and condescending when u201crecommendingu201d services. I will be contacting corporate.
