The Mechanics are honest and very friendly. They recognize me every time I go there. I travel a lot so I have had to get frequent oil changes. Always a happy crew there!

Today we visited as an out of state/NY customer and were immediately taken in for service. The manager and staff were all professional and proficient. The facility was clean, organized and all the staff had a professional appearance ( never seen that). We take all of our cars to Valvoline because of cost and convenience but this is definitely the best location so far! Highly recommend.

I had my oil changed at this place a few weeks ago. It was just like the commercials advertised. 15 minutes…..
I waited for a few extra minutes to be seen but they attended to me asap. The first person I met was a young man. ( sorry I am so bad with names)He was typing information into the computer, asking questions and such. I showed him my coupons. He introduced me to a mechanic who was going to do the work. Young man .While I was waiting,
the first man looked under the dashboard and took out a filter. It was full of leaves and small twigs. He said probably an animal was in there at some point. I didn’t even know that was there!! Then he checks under the hood and I believe he found another filter like that, so he showed me both parts before he installed replacement ones. He did not do anything unless he talked about it first with me or showed me first. I felt very relaxed sitting there in my car. The mechanic finished his oil change and the first man went over the bill with me. They put all your information online. They send you a copy of the bill, to your phone , explaining everything that was done. I was very happy with the service and the short time it took to do the job. I would recommend this place to anyone needing an oil change .
