I think when an additional service is recommended the price should be mentioned immediately. There are certain things that can be purchased elsewhere like an auto parts store that are cheaper and so I’d rather know the price upfront. I know that it’s normal for employees to recommend additional services but recommending everything all at once can be overwhelming for a customer and I felt pressured especially because I had my infant in the back and I wanted to be in and out as fast as possible.
