Alex displayed great customer service skills with everything all around. Right off the bat, he introduced himself, the topside tech who would be working on my car (Chris), along with the store manager (Jacob). There was no upselling involved, just the oil change I came in for. Also, unlike other shops I had been to in the past, he didn’t try to scold me for going well over the recommended mileage since my last oil change. They were able to work through getting my stubborn oil filter off, and got me on my way in no time. Great job to all. Will be back. Thanks.

Every time I've gone there with either of my vehicles, it's been quick, easy & convenient. The guys there are so nice, helpful & courteous. Especially Joshua. I've somehow gotten him every time, just by mere coincidence. He explains everything & is also funny. The longest I've waited to pull my vehicle in, is about 15-20 minutes or so, but that's because I usually go on Saturday mornings, so, they're typically a little busier then, so, it's to be expected.
