Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Staff were super friendly and helpful.

I was lured there through a 50% off oil change special through the Uber driver app. They were the only Valvoline in CT participating so I had no choice. I prefer to go to the Galena-owned Valvolines, who consistently perform very well and quickly. It was October, and I needed a flush and fill for winter along with the oil change. I needed to use Car Advise to pay which is a discount app, also through Uber. They seemed disappointed that I was not paying full price, which was unprofessional, even with the discount it was a $130 service, still. They did the oil change fine, but drained the coolant from my radiator and did not replace it. It appeared to have the same coolant in the tank as before, so I went back. They refused to even check it. He appeared to call his manager on the phone, and the manager told him, "No!". I demanded again for proof that the fluid in my radiator was yellow and not orange. Flat refusal. Two days later, the car seized up. All of the lights came on, and it would not work. That was my full-time job. Gone just like that. It resulted in a lot of hardship for me the whole following year. As a 1099 worker I was not entitled to unemployment compensation. These guys looked like convicts-tattoos on their fingers and grills on their teeth. Their goal was to screw me over, for whatever reason, through the Uber driver app, and they succeeded. This is more criminal behavior from them. I am noticing on here that there is a type of people whom they choose to mistreat. They deserve to cease respiration, as far as I am concerned, in the worst possible way with the most torturous pain and suffering.

Came out of my way to try this one out because location near me isn’t great. Loved this location in south Windsor. Super quick and great staff.
