He listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want, and communicated that to the others. We had a pleasant conversation about my car which is a 2005 Mercury with only 63000 miles on it. The work was done quickly and properly. That is what I have come to expect at this location. I particularly enjoy staying in my car while the work is done. I go out of my way to come here and plan to continue doing so. The price is right. Don't change anything.

If They more experienced with radiator flushing. They tried to open my cap on my radiator and told me.There was a lot of pressure and I lost a lot of fluid but I cleaned up one more fluid in it and I'm on my way down the road.My vehicle was overheating because I had no cool in it. They sent me on my way after they explained it to me without tell tell you that there was that much fluid that journeyed from my radiator I had to stop and let the vehicle cool down to put some coolant in it. I have pictures of my gauge. Showing my vehicle overheating which are time stamped for that day and time.
