They did not know how to reset my oil memory in my car. The location in Wethersfield does. I will never go to the location in Vernon. I was nervous about the kid working under my hood. He kept asking questions. No one took the time to assist him.

I went in for an oil change because it had been two years since I had it changed last. I didn't have the money to put into my car so it got badly neglected. I was paying for cancer treatments because my insurance had a minimum deductible. I tried to basic maintenance but it wasn't enough.The service men did a fantastic job cleaning up my engine, replacing the battery (it was really corroded in). When I left after they fixed every thing it was like a new car. I was surprised at the final cost because I knew that I couldn't have gotten them any cheaper myself. I have already told several people about Valvoline and I said that is where I will be going from now on.
