I was in and out of the oil change in such a quick amount of time, and the crew members I interacted with were friendly and helpful. They showed me my engine air filter, and asked if I'd like to replace it, I thanked them and said that I would do that myself, and they did not hard sell me, like a lot of other service places tend to do, they were respectful that I do the small things like filters and wipers myself at home, and I trust Valvoline with my oil changes.
