Your team members could have lowered the price. $50 bucks retail for an oil change? I paid $39 WITH discount in april/may and thought that was high and the price was up 20+% in august. Why not raise your price to $60? Your margins will improve.The value prop is where valvoline fails. What you get for the price. $50 is a lot for an oil change but i suppose prices suck at OCH, jiffy lube, whatever. Every other positive aspect fades into obscurity when you realize how much you were held up for. Your survey is in complete denial of this reality. It's like asking passengers of the titanic as it sinks questions about the choice and quality of the music the past few nights to comprehend satisfaction choosing the White Star line of cruise ships.
