it is not the staff that I was disappointed with, but the process. This is the second time of experienced this situation-Once you have pulled into getting service line, you are directed to one of the bays that are open. The vehicle in front of me was getting additional items done, which resulted in me having to wait much longer(35 minutes) Then car that pulled up much later than me. There should be a process to get the cars in prior to the cars that come afterwards. I watched cars That pulled in 15 to 20 minutes after me leave much sooner than me. This is a second time that a 10 minute oil change has taken almost 2 hours. My time is valuable so I will choose an alternate Location that will provide a speedier service.

During the lights check I was told the low beam bulb on the passenger front side was out and I agreed to have the bulb replaced. I was charged for the replacement bulb but later at home noticed the light was removed but never replaced with a new bulb.
