The CSR was Noah. He did not check my lights, my wipers, or my tire pressure but indicated that he did. I had a 20% off the total invoice coupon but he was reluctant to apply it to anything other than my oil change. I also had my power steering fluid changed and my radiator drained and refilled. After the oil and steering fluid was complete, he tried to send me away without changing the radiator fluid. The most expensive service. While he was polite enough, I was under impressed with his lack of attention and engagement. That is absolutely not what I am used to at this location. I have always been very impressed with the level of professionalism of the employees at this location. Please retrain him or risk losing loyal customers As an aside, I believe at these price points, it would be appropriate to at least offer your customers a hard copy of their invoice and absolutely a copy of their charge receipt. The way the shop is set up I waited in line for 40 minutes and another bay openned up but someone from the street pulled in it because I was already waiting, they end up getting in and out before me, you have to figure that out and you will have a complete happy customer!
