DO NOT go to this place. I took my son's Explorer here for an oil change. They did that, a flush and changed my rear wiper blade. The next morning when I tried the rear blade I noticed it was broken. I drove back to Vavoline. The manager was nice and apologized. He said that he would order the part and fix it for me. He'd call me when it was ready. He called about a week later and told me it was in. I drove over and it was the wrong part. He then asked if I had my other blade and I said NO. You took it so you could order it. He apologized and told me that he'd reorder it and call me. Meanwhile, it's over a month and no call. When I call there, he will "call" me back........it's incredibly frustrating because they broke it and are giving me the runaround. I guess next step is Better business bureau, the attorney general then a lawyer.

I went there a hour before they were closing. I got a oil change and my cabin air filter replaced as well. I thought everything was fine. 2 days later I have a oil leak and took it somewhere else to get it checked and they said that it was the oil filter it was barely put on the technician just touched it and it was coming off oil was leaking from it. I believe that this location was rushing because they were closing soon and not properly checked everything my oil filter was so loose that I was leaking oil for days. I will not be coming here again. No thanks 👎🏽
