This is the forth time I have visited Valvoline, my second oil change. No matter whether it was in the morning or at the end of the day, the staff have always been helpful, professional, friendly. It’s just always a great experience going to the Seaford branch.

I was treated with special care, as my car would not start after having our oil changed. They tried to get me going, I appreciate good service. Outstanding service. They put me in touch with a local mechanic and I was on my way.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. Didn't put my skid plate back on properly. This is the second time it's happened. I can't get a manager to call me back. It's been over a week. I asked for my money back and the manager is avoiding my calls and has another employee give me the message that they can put it back on but that's it. I had it put back on elsewhere and it took a week for me to get that message, and only because I called 5 times. No one ever called me back. Absolutely awful! NEVER GO THERE. I will be reporting the to the BBB for shoddy work and poor customer service. This place is a train wreck.
