I HAVE BEEN BACK TO THIS VALVOLINE NUMEROUS TIMES WITH A AWESOME EXPERIENCE EXPECT I HOPE THINGS ARE NOT CHANGING. THIS TIME WAS HORRIBLE. MY WIFE AND I CAME TO HAVE IT CHANGED AND THE EMPLOYEE SAID THEY DID NOT HJAVE THE OIL FILTER SO GO DOWN THE STREET TO AUTO ZONE TO GET A FILTER AND WE WILL DEDUCT THE PRICE OF THE FILTER OFF THE BILL. WELL WE DID JUST THAT AND WHEN WE RETUNED THE SAME GUY ALL OF A SUDDEN HAS A SELECTIVE MEMORY AND FORGETS TO TAKE OFF THE FILTER FROM THE BILL. HE CLAIMS THAT WITH THE COUPON WE USED FOR $15.00 DOLLARS THAT THEY NOW CANT GIVE US BACK THE MONEY OF $21.00 THAT WE SPENT ON THE FILTER. THE SYSTEM ONLY ALLOWS SO MUCH TO BE TAKEN OFF. I DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF BAIT AND SWITCH THIS IS BUT WE PAID $58.09 WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A TOTAL OF $43.00 WITH FILTER DISCOUNT AND COUPON. WE WENT OUT OUR WAY TO GET THE FILTER!!!! I HAVE REFERRED MANY OF PEOPLE TO THIS VALVOLINE BUT NOW THEY ARE ALL GOING TO HEAR THIS AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. ITS JUST A SHAME HOW ONE PERSON CAN BLOW YOUR WHOLE REPUTATION.
