The oil change took an abnormal amount of time. They stated they over filled the engine with oil because the technician below had not drained the engine. The miscommunication on their part did not instill confidence and left me concerned that I wasn't being told the whole truth. Mistakes happen, but I want that fully conveyed to me as the customer - instead I had to ask what was going on.

Alyssa was the tech who coordinated the oil change & inspection of the vehicle. Very professional, knowledgeable & courteous! I didnu2019t get the name of the other tech ( also a woman) or the tech who worked under the car, but they also did a good job! Bottom line they all did a great job & Alyssa was excellent! It was a VERY hot day, I would assume that they were pretty beaten down the heat and maybe not in the best of spirits. Also, The staff attempted to change my 2018 Ford Explorer cabin air filter, but could not or would not perform this maintenance to completion. It was explained to me by a worker that the manager stated Valvoline does not change this Ford model vehicle due to its difficulty. This was disappointing.
