Found out the previous oil change had used the wrong oil. This apparently occured due to mislabeling of the bulk oil pump nozzle. As a result I drove 4000 miles on 5W-40W instead of 15W-40W. There was no offer to compensate me for their error. Had to produce the owners manual to get them to go check for 15W-40W in gallon jugs.After being told, incorrectly, I had no grease zerks that needed lubrication, they were unable to do the lubrication. I was told that the grease gun had been broken for weeks and corporate would not approve its repair or replacement. In all, I will not be using this Valvoline location again. There are too many other choices to accept this level of poor service.

The guys were honest about my car not needing an oil change until another 1000 miles. They did put 1.5 qts of oil in since my car had a oil light flickering on and off. The guys were professional and courtesy . I appreciated that very much as this was the first time at this location that I experienced such professionalism. Prior to this time the staff was chaotic, very unprofessional, loud, and lots of pressure to buy additional services. I'm glad this location has changed over to a whole new team. Because I was thinking of going elsewhere if I had to put up with that again.
