Worst experience ever. They took forever to help my 79yr old mother and totally screwed her Hyundai Tucson up. We left Valvoline and drove home to casselberry and then to Kissimmee. When we got to Kissimmee her oil light was on and when I checked her dip stick there was nothing on it. I looked under the car and all the oil had drained out. The experience made me think they were incompetent but never in my life did I think an oil change place would totally forget to tighten things and her entire 6qts of oil drain out. While we were there one of the technicians was working on a truck with his pants down below his underwear. This was the most unprofessional and incompetent groups of people ever assembled and Valvoline should be ashamed. DO NOT GO HERE! We are calling corporate and reporting everyone at that location and demanding a full refund and compensation for the oil change to be done properly.

I had a great experience during my recent oil change, thanks to Manager Bass & Dexter. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the service, and made sure everything was completed efficiently. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing excellent customer service. I really appreciate the professionalism and positive attitude.
