Everything went great for the most part, however the gentleman taking care of me could not get to my cabin air filter (or didn't know how) I was hoping to get a tire rotation alone with my oil change but they could not remove my stubborn lug bolts, but they did try.

90 minutes for an oil change is a joke!! Not even busy- everyone walking around looking busy at times but not really doing anything. Lack of organization and zero urgency causing super long wait times…. Why??? Use to go to this place when it was a different brand and get a 10 minute oil change… I get cars are more complicated now a days but get it together. If you could make the experience quicker, you could service more cars, and make more money…

Left the place and found an oil leak on my drive way. Went back the next day and was told that it was not from plug or filter, but more that the person that changed the filter did not clean up after the oil change. Who pays for my gas to go back to your place. Who cleans up after my drive way which is now stain?No one had answers to my questions, it was more of deflecting responsibilities to member of their team that weren't there.
