Maximilian is the absolute best CSR Ive ever had exceptional service with. I’ve been going to Valvoline for 15 years with different cars and this will be my most memorable experience. He was very thorough in his explanations, courteous and knowledgeable when asked a variety of questions. He has to go to a different location to pick up an engine filter for my car. The last time I was at valvoline they said to check it next time because they didn’t have the parts or the filter. I will not go anywhere else. Exceptional service young man! Thank you Maximilian! Also. I just moved here from Coral Springs FL to Oviedo. I will definitely make the drive out here to get my car serviced.

I was not greeted just a “what service do you need”.The person changing the oil broke the panel that is under my car and didn’t said anything and in the receipt wrote that it was broken and it was not broken ,them when I left no thank you or come back . Horrible service. Also who ever was under ground was arguing and yelling to his coworkers.
