Service was good I hope. I purchased this off a groupon. They told me my car required european synthetic. I got just the oil change and was charged additional $56, no explanation. I tried to figure out the receipt but it didn't make sense to me. Also rear tire on passenger side was missed for air. Returned and questioned charges, was given to manager, his explanation was more nonsensical than the receipt. He called corp office came back and said he was refunding $30 to my card, still no explanation (3 days to "process" refund but my payment went through in minutes, really? it's a debit card). I came home and studied receipt for about 45 minutes. By my understanding I was still overcharge about $15. They said the rear tire could not be filled because of a short valve stem. But all the valve stems were the same according to them and they filled the other three. I came home borrowed a air compressor and filled the tire. I have never had these kind of problems in the past. Hopefully this was just a one off experience.

My time in the port did not feel like 15 mins, other cars were tended to first and the main servicer was inquiring about where other crew members were — as he and one other gentlemen were the only ones out servicing cars while at least one other was MIA. Besides the timing and knowing I’ve experienced a smoother/quicker servicing at this exact location, it was still an overall fast service. The younger gentleman with blonde hair has serviced me all of my other times, so I was comfortable knowing at least one face was familiar and relatively remembered my car.
