I was there way too long. The person that pulled me in disappeared and I sat there until another guy finished a vehicle that pulled in the next bay after I did. Apparently he was the only one working at that time (seriously). The first thing he did when he came to me was apologize for my wait, which was appreciated. I reminded him to check that I needed my tire pressure checked when usually that's one of the first things they did in the past. Regardless, he was a pleasure and made me forget how long I waited. When I was almost done, another guy came out and started helping. I would recommend others to come to Valvoline because of my past experiences. If this was my first, I definitely would not.
