Normally I dont like to put complaints in but today I went in and got my oil change done but when in doing so the person that was in charge of putting my fresh oil in splashed oil all over my engine on the window my plastic covers and instead of saying hey im sorry we had a slight accident they closed the hood to my car and ignored it. So as im driving I start to smell burning and see slight smoke that's what even caused me to look under my hood. Very unprofessional so disappointed I will never go back to this location. Can't believe that they are treating customers this way where is the proper training. They need to learn to take responsibility for there actions if they would of just spoken up I would of still been slight upset but I would've respected the honesty more. TRAIN YOUR TEAM
